The Computing Power Industry Center is headed by Zhang Jun, a lawyer at the forefront of outbound practice.
Zhang Jun has long worked across Southeast Asia's cross-border markets and is based in Singapore and Malaysia, with extensive front-line experience, local government and corporate relationships, and a portfolio of industry matters. With a deep command of Southeast Asia's compute industry policy, cross-border data rules and market direction, Zhang Jun brings both vertical depth and the ability to execute on the ground overseas.

Immediately after the ceremony, the team held an internal deep-dive review dedicated to the compute industry. Covering the global momentum behind compute going offshore, the wave of compute investment in Southeast Asia, the pain points technology companies face in cross-border expansion, and the compliance difficulties of compute projects, the session mapped out the Center's future business system, product matrix and path of specialisation.
